jack fruit tree

We have a fully grown up and fairly old jackfruit tree. It rarely bears a fruit. What way I can make the tree yield fruits?

If it is an old tree, then it could be likely that it is too old to bear fruit.

Otherwise, this usually happens when there is too much nitrogen in the soil, or not enough phosphorus and potassium. You can counter this by adding phosphorus and potassium.
