Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have 2 jacarandas planted very close to each other. One is blooming very well and the other has never had any blooms. What could be the problem?

Even though they are close to each other, there can be differences in soil, sun and nutrients.
Jacaranda must receive full sun, at least 6 hours.
Soil must be well draining.
Winds often affect blooming on these trees.
Do not fertilize grass near or under the trees, excess nitrogen will inhibit flowering.
Water with 1 to 2 inches of water under the entire canopy starting in spring through fall-every 2 weeks.
Hopefully this tree will start flowering for you!
