Q.Ivy and Regular Geranium

Anonymous added on September 26, 2011 | Answered

We go to AZ for 6 months during winter. We cannot water or care for plants during this time. I have 4 plants in pots. Would they come back next spring if I just set they in a dark, cool basement?

Without any water at all, the likelihood of surviving is minimal at best. I suppose you could try. Is there no one available to care for them? Can you not take them with you? I wish I could offer more help but there is little you can really do but hope.
