Ivy

Neighbor’s ivy on trees is killing my bushes. How do I tame or kill ivy that is choking my bushes?

The only way to permanantly get rid of ivy is to rip it out. If it’s growing into your shrubs, you can either rip it out or cut the stems close to the ground so it will die up in the shrub.
