Used Coffee on Plants

I’ve heard of people putting their used coffee on their plants. Is this ok and helpful? If so, will tea do the same? I prefer it to coffee.

Yes, both coffee grinds and used tea bags can benefit your plants. They are especially good for acidic loving plants. Tea bags can be used much the same as coffee grinds. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/composting/ingredients/coffee-grounds-gardening.htm [1], https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/composting/ingredients/composting-tea-bags.htm [2] Note: If you don’t have a compost bin, you can just add some grounds directly to the soil of your plants before watering or dilute them with water. Using diluted coffee/tea leftover from your pot is also acceptable.
