Kalanchoes

I live in Middle East in a very hot and dry country. I bought kalanchoes from Ikea without any knowledge of gardening. Now all the flowers have dried up. I want to rebloom it and save it from drying. I keep it indoors in a room with air conditioning. Is it right? Shall I keep them in dark room to rebloom? How many hours should I keep it in sunlight, as it’s very hot here?

You can rebloom it, but I would let it grow and replenish its energy for several months. This article has more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/kalanchoe/growing-kalanchoe-plants.htm [1]

I asked whether the climatic conditions of middle east is congenial for growing Kalanchoes. Also is it alright to place it in the room with air conditioning. My answer wasn’t answered in the ariticle attached. I will really appreciate if someone can help me in saving my kalanchoes.

I’ll gladly go through all your questions one by one, and attempt to answer them for you. If you’re keeping the plants indoors, it doesn’t much matter what the outside climate is like. I can’t tell you exactly how the climate outdoors where you are would work for kalanchoe, because I don’t know where you are. However, as the article says, they can grow outside in south Florida (zone 10,) so you can compare that climate to yours. If you want to put them outdoors, you should probably put them in a spot with dappled shade.
You said that you hoped to rebloom your plant. The last section of the article, kalanchoe care for second bloom, has rather detailed instructions.
Indoors with AC is perfectly okay, not only for kalanchoe but for all common houseplants. They like to live in the same kind of comfort as you do. Also, do not be overly concerned with humidity or temperature; again, common houseplants will like what you do; only the more exotic specimens require specialized climate control, and you won’t likely find them in the Ikea store.
Keeping it in a dark room is explained in the article in the section on second bloom. Likewise, the amount of time it needs to be kept in the sunlight is in that section too.
In addition to reblooming, the article tells you how to trim the plant, how to take cuttings to start new plants, what kind of soil to use when you’re ready to repot or start new plants, how to water, and how to fertilize.
