This is my first vegetable garden and I have put so much blood sweat and tears into 3 small beds and a few pots with tomatoes. Should I be worried being that they are still small seedlings?

It is really going to depend on what you planted. Many cool weather crops will have a pretty good chance of making it. But warm weather crops will likely not.
