Zone zone 4-5 | dianneoliv43 added on June 25, 2017 | Answered

I have had an itoh peony for about 4 years and it has yet to produce a bloom. It is a very healthy plant in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Can you suggest how I can get it to flower, please?

It very well could be excess nitrogen in the soil.
A soil test will help determine if this is the case.
