Q.It was cold last night and my new plants are wilted

Zone Spokane WAf | cassandra51 added on April 14, 2014 | Answered

I just bought 4-inch tomatoes, green peppers, geraniums, and fuchsia plants and left them outside. I think it was 34 last night. They are wilted. I brought them in tonight. What can I do to save them?

This article will give you some information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/tips-for-saving-cold-damaged-plants.htm
Give the plants a few days to recover (in a protected place,) then go ahead and cut off parts that are still wilted. The plants should start to regrow if the roots have not been damaged. If the roots have been damaged, you'll have to get new plants.
