It Stopped Blooming

Tree was trimmed in late summer and has not bloomed for the past 2 springs, just get leaves.. how do I get the tree to rebook?

It is not mentioned which type of tree you have. It could be that it only blooms on wood of certain age. If this is the case, then only time will help. If there is a nutrient deficiency, however, it will likely be phosphorous and potassium that you will need. A soil test will confirm.
