does mint plant have an infection or disease

As seen in attached pic, some random mint leaves (even young leaves) will show white veins/spots. What is happening and what should I do? Please help me.

Also, is my plant a peppermint plant?

It looks to be Leaf Miner on your Mint plant.
Neem Oil is a good treatment for this.
