Q.It Is Mid July. I Live In Zone 6b And Have Perennial Seeds To Plant.
Can I still plant perennial seeds outside in south Ohio and expect them to mature and make it through winter?

Unfortunately, without knowing what you have it would be hard to say. Planting times will vary from plant to plant.
