using epsom salt with a slow release commercial fertilizer

Is it wise to use epsom salt along with a slow release commercial fertilizer? I have already put a slow release fertilizer on my hibiscus and am wondering if I could also use epsom salt?

I would wait to see if the fertilizer you used gives you the results you want. check your soil for ph. you may want to amend your soil.
