growing white peppers

Is white and black pepper the same? How do I grow (nurse) white pepper? I want to cultivate white pepper but do not know how to start.

White and black pepper are the same seed, just harvested differently.

Blackpepper corns are harvested nearly ripe and then sun dried.

White pepper is produced when the outer shell is removed from the Blackpepper corns before drying leaving the white inner seed.
