Q.Is This Powdery Mildew? If So, Is There A Way To Save It Without Pruning Everything That Has It?

I have alot of potted plants bc I rent and want to take them with me when we buy our house (soon). They have been in front of my porch, which is under a large tree. Several of my plants are covered in this ashy looking stuff. Everything still looks healthy so I dont want to have to cut it all off. I moved them to the back yard away from that tree in case they are getting it from that (although I dont see any on the tree. What should I do?

This looks more like Downy Mildew, which is quite a bit more sinister than Powdery Mildew, unfortunately. Here is an article that will help:
