Is This Portulacaria Afra?

Hi! I was gifted the plant in the picture. It was very small when I received it. I would like to confirm what it is and make sure I am providing the correct care. I have approached it like my other succulents. I am unsure if it should grow upright or fall over. I currently have it propped up to help straighten the stems. I recently noticed the lower leaves are a little lighter. I was concerned I may have been watering to frequently so I have slowed down and will see how it goes. The plant bloomed a few weeks ago. There were a cluster of small pink flowers at the end of one stem. I would love more information on this plant. I have really enjoyed it so far.
