Hyacinth Plant

Q.Is this a weed or?

Zone Springfield, Oregon | Anonymous added on April 8, 2017 | Answered

With Spring popping here in Oregon we’re seeing tons of these coming up all over yard. Best I can find it’s maybe wild buckwheat or climbing bellflower? The reddish-orange color seems rare in an image search.

Thanks!

I have been unable to identify this plant also.
It does seem to be similar to bindweed growth.

I would suggest that you take a sample to your local County Extension Office.
They are a valuable resource and may have an identification for you.
Here is a link to help you locate your closest office.
