Is this a inkberry plant??

I live in Ohio and have this plant growing outside my window. I have been trying to identify it . Is it inkberry plant, or maybe some kind of holly plant? Any info would be appreciated. Bill

It does remind me of an inkberry, but non of them have changed colors to dark. If you are concerned, then you can take a sample of the branches, leaves and berries to your local extension service, and they will be able to give you a more solid identification.
