Q.Is This A ‘disabled’ Leaf? It Hasn’t Seperated! Is This Common Or Not?

Not seen one before…you can even see the marking where it should have sperated.

It happens sometimes. Leaves can come out fused. It doesn't mean anything, and is just a genetic mishap, likely. I wouldn't necessarily call it disabled, or anything. It will still function. It is just a little strange. Nothing to worry about, here. Enjoy the oddity!
