Is There An ORGANIC Method Of Getting Rid Of MOLE CRICKETS From Eating The Lawn Rather Than Using Poisons

The mole crickets have destroyed large areas of our back garden. Because we have chickens who roam free at times and eat the grass and we grow things organically, we don’t want to use insecticides but having difficulty finding any non poison methods to eradicate these Mole Crickets and would appreciate any advice you can offer
