Q.Is there a way to recover a peach tree that has been damaged due to incorrect fertilization at the tree trunk?

Zone St Louis, MO | eyeliza added on May 13, 2019 | Answered

I used 10 10 10 fertilizer around the trunk of the tree before learning it wasn’t supposed to go near it. Can it survive or recover for next season? Advice will be greatly appreciated.

These images actually show Peach Leaf Curl disease; not from fertilizer damage.
You will need to treat with Fungicides.

And yes, avoid putting fertilizer directly around the trunk of the tree.
