Is the ‘hot lips’ plant a perennial

I’d like to know if the Psychotria elata plant, also known as hot lips, is perennial and will it do well in zone 6 – southwest PA? Thanks.

Given that hot lips is a tropical plant and requires temperatures of at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 C.), humidity of at least 60% and indirect bright lighting, it would not be suitable for zone 6. It is also said to be nearly impossible to get seeds/plants for it. Cool looking plant though!
