Q.Is the black silt in a beaver pond good fertilizer?

My garden is sandy soil. Can the silt at the bottom of a former beaver pond good to mix with my garden soil. It is fine, black silt.

The only way to really know what it's nitrogen levels would be, would be to have it tested.
