Is Something Wrong With This Tomato Plant?

I bought this patio ready tomato at Home Depot and it has these spots.

It appears to be an infection. This is usually caused by overwatering. Make sure that the soil has plenty of time to dry, thoroughly, down to about 3 inches between watering. I would treat with a fungicide, as well. These articles will help:
