Yes, Sevin is a safe and popular insecticide used in vegetable gardens.

I’ve also read about organic homemade mixtures that supposedly get rid of the insects/pests, so there are other options. However, I haven’t tried any of them yet. I’m trying to grow my tomatoes organically for now. May end up using the Sevin before the season is over! LOL!
