Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comClematis Armandii planted approx 4 weeks ago in a large terracotta pot using Ericaceous planting and potting mix. Keeping it watered. New growth has happened for the first time this week, the leaves appear healthy but they’re red/brown in colour, is this normal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (Please see pics of before new leaves and after)

Yes, this can be normal. I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Just be sure that you care for it properly to ensure that it grows normally, and changes to the mature green color.
