Is Neem Oil dangerous for hibiscus?

I saw a reference it is bad for hibiscus flowers and some rose flowers. Will it hurt the plant and leaves also? I discovered this right after I used it. If I need to wash it off, will a mild detergent work? I am using it for insects and fungi.

I haven’t heard of any dangers to plants from the use of Neem oil. It is very good for hibiscus and roses, as well as most any other plant. It will fight off both pests and fungus, so this is a good choice for your problems. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
