Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe have a magnolia hardy enough for our Minnesota clomate. It’s done well, flowering each year. There is no harm in this, at all! They are hardy down to areas where they will, normally, flower while the snow is still falling.
