Q.Is My Tree Planted Correctly?

I’ve planted a Yoshino cherry tree an week ago by local installer. After watching some videos about the tree I think this tree is planted deep. I’m sending some pictures. 1st one is how they planted it and in 2nd one I removed the dirt (found sucker coming out). I’m not sure where is the graft point or the root flare. Should I replant the tree higher or is it okay or do I need to remove some dirt (like 2nd picture)? If I remove dirt around the trunk it makes a little hole as it is leveled to the ground now. Will it be a problem?

The graft union should be above the soil line. The second picture looks correct. That bulb looks like the graft. Here are care tips:
