Q.Is my tree dying?

This trees leaves were all green about three or four weeks ago now it looks like it’s dying. Is this a normal process for this tree or not? (Not a green thumb)

This looks like a bad fungal infection. It may be too far gone already but you can attempt to fix this with wettable sulfur and dolomitic lime. Cut out all of the dead growth, and apply. Make sure to only water the tree when it is almost completely dry around it. Overwatering is the most common cause of fungal infections.
