Q.Is My Ten Year Old Wollemi Pine Dying

My wollemi pine is turning yellow from the bottom up. Some of the leaves are dying and they look like they have something growing on them . It was planted in this garden 2 years ago and has been fine until now. The top is still green. I’ve attached some photographs. One shows the dead leaves. I’ve grown it from A tiny plant so worried I’m going to lose it.

That stuff growing on the leaves is a Lichen. This will not harm your tree, and is just taking advantage of the dying material. I am seeing spotting. This looks like it could be fungal/bacterial. Fungicides may help:

Overwatering, or not having enough light can cause this, as well. If not overwatering, then thick, moist soils can cause this, too.

Another thing to consider will be soil pH. This will need to be a little on the acidic side for these trees. You can test and adjust as needed:
