Is My Plant Dying

Question

I have a plant, not sure what it is. It’s tall and has long green leaves. Long stalks and leaves sprout out like a fountain. I put it outside for the summer when it was warm a few weeks ago. It got cold again so I brought it inside; however, now the leaves are turning yellow and brown. I have tried cutting the brown leaves down but the brown has re-occured. Any suggestions?

Maybe sunburn or if in cold climate may have been frost bit
