Q.IS MY LEMON TRE DEAD
BROUGHT MY MEYER TREE IN THIS WINTER, HEALTHY FULL OF LEAVES, PICKED OFF ALL THE LEMONS WATERED AND GAVE FERTILIZER, BROUGHT TREE BACK OUTSIDE 3 WEEKS AGO, HAD LOST ALL ITS LEAVES AND HAD BROWN TRUNK AND BRANCHES, PLENTY OF SUN WEATHER COOL BUT DID NOT FREEZE, WATERED AND GAVE FERTILIZER LIVE IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

It may not have survived overwintering. You can check by scratching off some of the bark. If it is green underneath, it is still alive. The branches should be pliable and not brittle or easily snapped off. Here is more:
