Q.Is My Japanese Maple Dying?
I have a small Japanese Maple. It’s about 5 feet tall. The leaves come our red and turn green. The leaves are looking like tree is not getting enough water … they are turning brown and curling up like they are dying. I don’t think water is the problem, but I could be wrong. I’m not sure what to do.

It is more likely that the trees are receiving too much water. Your photo did not come through, so I can't confirm, but it sounds like an infection from ovewrwatering.
