Is My Chilli Pepper Plant Overwatered Or Underwatered?

The leaves of my plant are turning yellow and some of them are wrinkly, leave edges and tips *some of them turning brown. I’ve read a few blogs and they go back and forth on the two titled issues, but I want to know for sure to know what measure to take. We’re going through a heated season in my country 29º degrees no rain for weeks. So I’ve been watering it everyday about 500 ml a day (50C) or double more recently since I thought the problem was not enough water. The plant used to have an aphid problem, but it’s okay now, no aphids for weeks. At this moment I have my plant in overwater recover, sitting in a shadowy place, well drained pot and waiting for the soil to dry-off. Chilli peppers are the common kind, red color, small and moon shaped. I also replanted it two days ago so more soil and nutrients (leaves were yellow before transplant). This appears to be possible overwatering, and disease from aphid damage, along with stress. Repotting during stressed times will lead to extra stress.

At this time, I would recommend the fungicide of your choice, and careful monitoring of how much that you water. I would recommend allowing the soil to dry, anywhere, from 5 to 10 cm down (taking preference to allowing it to dry towards the deeper end of that) before watering again.
