Is It Too Early For Doing Any Transplant Anything Here It’s The Middle Of March?

I have different bushes Rose bushes mainly I’m confused as to when t transplant because some say at the end of winter begging of spring and vise versa. I really don’t know when (such as the dates of the month) I can transplant Would it be in now, middle of March,or in April? Do you know the exact days it would be going even by the farmers almanac.

Right now, in your area, since the roses may or may not be trying to come out of dormancy, I would ensure that there are no freezing temperatures for a few months. As long as you are not expecting any freezes (we are having a freak freeze in our area right now) then you can plant at just about any time!
