Yes, but wait until the foliage has also died down. Then after drying, you can store them for the summer and replant them in the fall. Place the bulbs in a warm, dry place for the summer. They need a little warmth over summer to form blossoms. Also, storing them in a paper bag or in newspaper will help wick away harmful moisture.
