Q.Is It Possible To Root A Hens And Chicks Rosette That Has Been Severed From Its Roots?

Zone 28304 | Anonymous added on March 4, 2023 | Answered

I received a flower arrangement which featured a Hens and Chicks Rosette. It had been cut close to its lower leaves and set upon the sharp end of a long skewer. Is there a way to root this rosette?

It should root just by setting it on top of soil mixed for cacti and succulents. If the bottom is wet, let it dry a couple of days before you set it on the soil.
