Is it possible for blueberries to grow in south texas

I love blueberries, and every year around spring time a local hardware store sells blueberry, cherry, and grape bushes. I want to know if I purchase one will it be worth planting, and getting any berries?? in my home state of Texas? I live in the southern area.
