Q.is it ok too mulch heathers and azalias with compost wich contains some laylandii leaf

I am clearing some ground under trees of different kinds as well as conifers. will it make good mulching material?

Yes, leyland cypress needles in well managed compost should be fine for mulching heather and azalea.
