Is It Ok To Put Straw Mulch On Top Of Leaves, Dirt And Coffee Grounds.

I put straw down Oct 31 on-top of leaves wondering if I turn it or leave it alone?

If you have the means to turn it, then that will be the best way forward. This will ensure that everything breaks down, easily. If you opt to leave it, then it will still break down. It will do so at a slower rate. Adding beneficial fungi, like Stropharia rugosoannulata spawn, or Lepista spawn can help this break down, completely, into usable nutrients within a month or two.
