Q.Is It Ok To Plant Perennial Flowers Outside In Cool Weather
i have a ton of seeds to start and not enough room to do it all in the house. can i start them outside in seed starter and leave them in full sun as they come up or do i have to keep them out of full sun until they are larger and then harden them off?

You still have a chance of frost there so I would be leery of cold nights. If you have a cold frame or want to make one, that would work. They need a little protection from the elements while they are seedlings. Even row covers should work. These articles should help:
