Is Heather Rhoades A Certified Arborist?

She advises on how to treat ripped bark. I am a certified arborist and I find that her advice on wrapping a tree wound with duct tape to be very bad advice. I take that back. Extremely bad advice. Christopher Altman ISA WE7733A
