Is Brown Rot Bad for Your Health

If the peach tree has brown rot and some the peaches look ok, are they fit to eat?

If the peaches look ok, they are fine. Brown rot won't hurt you but it does not make the affected peaches taste good. If the peaches are unaffected, they should taste ok.
