Irises and Tulips

Can you please let me know if you can plant irises and tulips from cut flower form? I received a bouquet of the 2 mixed yesterday and would like to grow them if possible. Please advise.

No, I’m afraid once the plants have been cut for bouquets, you cannot grow them. They will not root this way. You must have a piece of the bulb in order to grow these. If, however, you received a potted plant of the two, you could simply divide the bulbs and replant outdoors.
