Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI gave someone iris rhizomes 3 years ago. They bloomed the first year but not the following 2. The leaves look VERY healthy, and I wouldn’t think they should need dividing already.

Lack of flowering can indicate the plants should be divided.
Excess nitrogen can also inhibit flowering.
