Insects on Lime Tree

I found three brownish and whitish stripped bugs about an inch long on my lime tree. I am trying to identify them. Have not seen them on any other tree or plant. The leaves are either gone or have large holes in them. Do you know what they are and can they be treated with citrus oil?

Here is an article about pests that commonly affect lime trees: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/lime/problems-lime-trees.htm [1]

In addition to citrus oil, neem oil is an effective treatment for many pests. Here is more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm [2]
