I am using an insect nettingĀ over my vegetable garden. Will this prevent pollination of my tomatoes and summer squash?

The tomatoes should be fine, since they typically pollinate by wind, but the squash need pollinators to produce fruit and the insect netting will prevent them from getting in. You may want to consider hand pollinating. This article will help:
