I personally like neem oil for pest control. It is effective and organic and is safe for people and pets. Here is more information:

How warm is it where the tomatoes are? They need some heat to ripen properly, at least 23 C to begin to ripen. If it is not staying above that temperature during the day where they are, you may need to move them to a warmer location.
