indoor orchid

I have an orchid that looked great. I went away for a few days and when I came back, all of the flowers had dropped off. I only water it once a week and watered before I left. I always make sure that it doesn’t sit in any water. I feed it every other week. The leaves look great and more leaves have recently come in. Should I prune the stems back where the flowers bloomed or do I leave it alone? Thank you.

As long as the blooms have died off, then yes, you can cut back those stems, along with any other dead growth. The good news is that you still have good foliage growth, including some that is new, so your plant should bounce back fine.
